Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FilterForms (the "Service"), a product of Firstloop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Description of Service

FilterForms provides a platform for creating, managing, and routing form submissions based on customizable filter rules. The Service allows you to collect data through forms and automatically distribute responses to designated destinations.

Account Terms

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any information to keep it accurate
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to collect, store, or process sensitive personal data without proper authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Firstloop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Payment Terms

If you purchase a paid subscription:

  • You agree to pay all fees according to the pricing plan you select
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies
  • Unexpected technical or security issues
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account cancellation features in the Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRSTLOOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Firstloop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Firstloop operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
